Loose leaf tea and food products cannot be returned once opened due to food safety regulations.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

•⁠  ⁠Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Include your order number and photos.
•⁠  ⁠We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after approval.
