Classic Karak

An authentic Assam black tea selected for its strength and rich malty character. The Old School is made for a classic cup of karak—simple, bold and free from added flavours.

Assam, India

Malt • Caramel • Toasted Grain • Cocoa • Light Wood

* 4–5 g tea
* 150 ml water
* 100 ml milk
* Simmer the tea in water for 2–3 minutes.
* Add the milk and simmer gently for another 2–3 minutes.
* Add sugar to taste, then strain and serve.

Pairs beautifully with dates, luqaimat, butter biscuits, croissants, pastries, caramel desserts and milk chocolate.
